How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired size, and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page to check the status of your delivery.
Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Visit our Return & Exchange page for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
